PERCEIVE
Attention determines how much of your movement you perceive.

They train skill.
They train their bodies.
From the environment.
And from within.

Most athletes experience these signals.
Few are trained to regulate them.

Attention determines how much of your movement you perceive.
Discernment is knowing when to act and when to allow.
Pressure exposes what you’ve trained. Maintain access to skill when pressure rises.

For thousands of years, yogic practice has explored attention, breath, perception, movement and the relationship between mind and body.
Yogic Athletics brings those principles into modern athletic performance.

I’ve spent years studying and practicing yoga while working inside the world of sport.
That led me to one question:
What happens when the internal practices of yoga are applied to elite athletic performance?
That question took me around the world, studying different yogic traditions and exploring how breath, attention, and long-held postures can create space within the body.
But my greatest lesson came through my own practice. Years spent forcing, controlling, and refining every movement eventually taught me that mastery also requires knowing when to stop interfering.
The work became less about doing more and more about developing the awareness to recognize what was happening internally, allowing years of practice to express themselves without conscious interference.
Can you become aware of what’s happening internally enough to interfere less with the skill you’ve spent years refining?
For athletes, teams and coaches.
